| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Sampling DETAILS: According to the Coliform Response Chart, Whaleshead Water System needed to do monthly assessment monitoring at the spare cistern (SRC-AB, the disconnected one). The sample for SRC-AB collected on August 29th, 2017 tested positive for E. Coli. I contacted Mr. Lindsay over the phone and informed him that the sample collected at the spare cistern (SRC-AB) tested positive for E. Coli. I gave him instructions to collect 5 confirmation samples at the same source. I also asked Mr. Lindsay if he had extra bottles to collect the necessary samples, to which he answered yes. Mr. Lindsay also stated that McCowan Labs are not open on Monday, so he will collect the 5 samples on Tuesday, Sept. 5th, 2017. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 5 confirmation samples at the spare cistern (SRC-AB) on Tuesday, Sept. 5th, 2017. | ||
