| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic Positive DETAILS: On 4/28/2017 a positive Arsenic result was reported as CHEM7562 for Come N Go Market. I called the water system contact Peter Janamian and he could not speak and would return my call. On 5/1/17 I spoke with Gregg Baird about the system and he emailed me the various response documents including the public notice template for arsenic. On 5/2 I sent an email to the system contact, Peter Janamian and discussed his current treatment (unknown or none), the actual site of the source sample (unknown), and arsenic. Peter admitted he does not know about the system and that workers onsite are handling all of the details. He said he would read the Arsenic email I sent him. On 5/15 I sent a follow up email to Peter but as of 6/1 have not received any response. On 6/1 I reached out to the name listed on the OLCC permit for the location and reached Elizabeth Acevedo who has been leasing the store for many years. She stated that the store uses water for dishes, coffee and soda but has bottled water service for employees and buys bags of ice for the soda machine. She stated that she had not been made aware of the water issues. She stated that the new owners of the store as of 4/1/17 are David Dreben, Goldenwest Solutions Group, 818-357-5920, m 818-792-8894, ddreben@gsg.email, 29501 Canwood St, Suite 200, Agoura Hills, CA 93301. She gave very confusing information about Peter Janamian including that he was neither the previous owner, nor an employee. I will be making future contacts with David Dreben and Elizabeth Acevedo (Elizabeth.Montano@live.com, 971-533-6061). ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with Goldenwest Solutions Group, the store owners, and the PIC at the store, lease holder Elizabeth Acevedo regarding testing requirements and arsenic. | ||
