| Details: | SUMMARY: Well Failure DETAILS: 3/20/17 – Made initial contact with Alfred Roth. He explained the problem they are having and emails were exchanged for correspondence. Mr. Roth is working with a local well driller for drilling a new well. Mr. Roth is working on composing additional costs for piping water from the new well to the cistern and pump costs. They are needing assistance with all the proper forms and documentation for drilling and making the new well approved per OHA requirements. Mr. Roth is to provide a map (Google Map) with well location(s) data on the map to us. Water rights will need to be transferred from the old well (to be abandoned) to the new well.3/22/17 – Contacted George Chadwick, HECO geologist, to figure out what forms were needed for OHA water rights transfers.3/31/17 – Contacted Alfred Roth to get their water system map for identification of new well location. Mr. Roth forward map to us.4/10/17 and 4/11/17 – Filled out the Application for Permanent Water Right Transfer. Art Allen called and discussed this Water Right Transfer with Bill Goss, OHA.4/12/17 – Composed Permanent Water Right Transfer form with attachments and forwarded data to Civil West.5/15/17 – Bret Turner was contacted by Mr. Roth wondering where the Permanent Water Right Transfer form was. Forwarded the filled in form to Mr. Roth via email. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
