| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation #2305646 Resolution, GWR Compliance Monitoring DETAILS: I discussed the lack of the GWR 4-log compliance monitoring form being sent to the DWP or me for the months of July and August with the manager of the store, Jon Ream. Mr. Ream will send me the reports and these will then be sent to Drinking Water Services. It appears after reviewing the August report that the chlorine residual was measured below the required minimum of 0.5 mg/L. I discussed completing the bottom portion of the report regarding "was the minimum chlorine residual maintained" and he assured me this will be done in the future. He also assured me that the chlorine residual will be monitored in these cases until it can be measured at or above 0.5 mg/L. ACTION NEEDED: No follow-up needed. | ||
