Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic DETAILS: On 4/24/17, received Service Request assist responsible with arsenic removal.On 4/25/17, contacted Mr. Bishop, informing him that we were requested to assist him with figuring out how to get arsenic removal requirements satisfied.On 4/26/17, contacted Mr. Bishop requesting additional information about system configuration.On 5/1/17, corresponded with Mr. Bishop about data request. Mr. Bishop indicated waiting for the Culligan representative with the requested data.On 5/11/17, we were contacted by Mr. Bill Goss, OHA. Mr. Goss provided data had on file for water system. (See attached.)On 5/12/17, email sent stating that we, the Circuit Rider, were unable to proceed with providing assistance until we receive the data from the Culligan representative.On 6/1/17, received an email from Mr. Bishop updating both Mr. Goss and us on status. Mr. Bishop is request for information on the system or to do a site visit to this water system treatment system. Mr. Bishop indicated that he had contacted another water treatment system provider, Kinetico Water System from Meridian, ID, and their representative was to do a site visit to review this water treatment system.On 6/28/17,email updating MR. Goss ^ HECO, on data requested. Site visit ^ water treatment system doesnt have arsenic removal component in it. Kinetico indicated do have arsenic removal equipment work in existing water treatment system, but since this water treatment system is by Culligan, Mr. Bishop determined needs to figure out agreements are in place with Culligan before any additional equipment can be retrofitted into existing water treatment system. ACTION NEEDED: The Annex School water treatment system needs to be revised to include an arsenic removal component. Support request closed. |
