Details:	SUMMARY: Failure to Report Samples DETAILS: I contacted Mr. Schleining over the phone to inform him that they have not reported their coliform samples for the 2017 operation season. When asked what the reason was, Mr. Schleining stated that they collected one sample in April and one in July.Mr. Schleining also stated that for the past 20 years they have always collected quarterly samples and next week they plan to collect their coliform sample for the 3rd quarter of this year. I told Mr. Schleining that there is no sample recorded in the Drinking Water Data Online for the month of July, 2017. I reminded Mr. Schleining that his coliform sampling schedule is monthly, not quarterly. I also told him he should take a nitrate sample for this operational season. Mr. Schleining requested an email with information regarding the coliform sampling schedule being monthly and not quarterly. I sent him an email on 09.21.17. ACTION NEEDED: Collect a nitrate sample for this operational season and collect coliform samples on a monthly basis for each operational season.
