Details: SUMMARY: CG Closed for 2017 DETAILS: Carter Lake has been closed for the entire 2017 season. Please correct the deficiences associated with the monitoring of Carter Lake for 2017 as they have not been open. ACTION NEEDED: All violations for Carter Lake due to late reporting need to be corrected as they were not open. State was notified that system would contact them if they opened (4/11/2017 see contact report).
