Details: SUMMARY: Routine Distribution Sample and One Repeat Sample TC-positive DETAILS: I spoke to Rose regarding the recent samples. I sent her a Level 1 investigation form and informed her of the 30 day return schedule.She said the owner was going to shock chlorinate the system and draw a special sample.Both the routine and repeat test results were sent to Benton County as one alert. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for the Level 1 investigation to be returned.
