| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up toTC-positive repeat sample DETAILS: The system had an initial coliform positive sample on 9/26/17. Three repeat samples and a triggered source sample were collected on 10/4/17. One repeat sample was total coliform positive (at the original location). All other samples were absent for bacteria. The system feels the positives are stemming from the piping/storage tank and not a tap issue. The system is going to be exploring replacement of the oversized storage tank. They have the tank fill controls set but there is so little use from the tank, that the water is stagnent. ACTION NEEDED: A Level 1 investigation will be triggered from these positive samples. Complete the investgation form and return to DWS. System to take 3 routine samples in October. Further action may be required based on the results. | ||
