| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive sample DETAILS: I received a phone call from Rick about a routine total coliform positive collected on Oct. 9th at site #19. All four sources were in use at the time of the coliform positive. We discussed collecting repeat samples at the original, upstream and downstream sites, in additional to triggered source samples. These samples would be collected today. I spoke to Rick on Monday Oct. 16th. I informed him that the combined source sampling site approved in March of 2013 has been reviewed and will now require only one triggered source sample at the combined tap in the event of a routine coliform positive sample. The three repeat and combined source samples collected on Friday Oct. 13th were absent for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: No further action. |
