Details: SUMMARY: Routine Sample Collected 9-13-17 Tested TC-positive DETAILS: Routine sample collected 9-13-17 tested TC-positive. I left a message for John Chmelir instructing him to collect a triggered source sample and three distribution repeats, along with three temp routines in October. I also advised him to collect routine samples from the distribution system. This is a new system. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
