Details: SUMMARY: One Repeat Sample Collected 9-20-17 Tested TC-positive DETAILS: One repeat sample collected 9-20-17 tested TC-positive. I spoke with Ted. He is going to shock chlorinate the storage tanks, collect a special sample afterwards, and three temp routines in October. I also informed him a coliform investigation form would be coming in the mail from OHA. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
