Details: SUMMARY: TCR Alert Response DETAILS: Water system had a 09/27/2017 TCR sample come back positive and the repeat water samples were not completed within the required timetable. ACTION NEEDED: Local Environmental Health will conduct a level 2 investigation on 10/18/2017 and the water system is now required to sample monthly instead of quarterly.
