Details: SUMMARY: TC-positive Routine Alert Follow Up DETAILS: Routine coliform from end of system 10/9 TC-positive. Spoke with Edge Lab and they already took 3 repeats and triggered source sample. Called Operator Ron Westendorf and discussed chlorination if necessary. System just replaced the well pump and chlorinated reservoir after repairs but a very light concentration. If repeats positive, discussed chlorinating well to 10 ppm and reservoir to 5ppm, letting sit overnight and flushing out next day. If source sample absent, no need to chlorinate well. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of repeats to dictate further action. Chlorinate if desired following pump replacement.
