Details: SUMMARY: Coliform Sampling DETAILS: Submitted new contact for this system. Operator called to inform NCPHD that well pump failed and operator not able to submit monthly bacteriological samples for October. Repairs will not take place until after the reporting period time line. ACTION NEEDED: Repair pump and follow start up procedures next year in March 2018.
