| Details: | SUMMARY: Two TC-positive Routine Alert Follow Up DETAILS: Both routine coliform samples 10/19 tc-positive. This is following a confirmed E. coli positive and boil advisory 9/21 and another E. coli and boil notice June 14. This is the 3rd confirmed E. coli or TC-positive alert within the last 5 months so system will be required to install disinfectant with residual maintenance per 333-061-0032 6 g. I have been in contact with Dale and Carrie Gentry in an attemp to expedite the PR process. The community had a town hall meeting last week to discuss chlorine and most were supportive. Dale submitted specs on the chlorine equipment Friday and will get the rest of the info in ASAP. ACTION NEEDED: Submit all required info for PR to Carrie Gentry asap. Hope is to get continuous chlorine installed before next monthly coliform sampling cycle in November. | ||
