Details: SUMMARY: Routine -positiveTC DETAILS: Beth called today to report that a routine sample collected on Monday 11/13/17 at Ops/Bldg A came back positive for total coliform (absent for E. coli). Three repeats will be collected today (original site, upstream and downstream) with results available Wednesday 11/15/17. Neither of the wells were running at the time so no triggered source water samples need to be collected. She did not know of a potential cause for the positive routine sample although chlorine residuals were a little low (0.32 ppm) due to low flows this time of year. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time-- will wait for results from repeat sampling and respond accordingly. UPDATE: Beth called 11/15/17 to report that all repeat samples were absent for coliform. No further action needed at this time.
