Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate Follow-up DETAILS: Operator contacted NCPHD on 10-24-17 with the results of the most recent Nitrate results. The owner of the park was questioning "since the results of the test was below the MCL (9.26mg/l) did they still have to proceed with a new source". I assured Jane that Yes they did have to. Well driller was scheduled to start with new construction on 10-27-17. I explained to operator that they should not delay the start of the new well.*Note* Driller was delayed at previous job and construction is now supposed to start 11-6-17. ACTION NEEDED: Develop new source.
