Details: SUMMARY: Corrective Action Plan for Deficiencies DETAILS: I spoke with Pete Pate today and he stated they were in process of completing the 2014 and 2015 ASR, and in discussion for the funding to abandon the "old well" which is the current hazard by proximity to the new well. ACTION NEEDED: Reset due dates.
