Details: SUMMARY: Report for Priority Significant Deficiency DETAILS: I contacted Mike Krawczyk, the new facility operator for this system, and requested he locate the overflow exit, identify the protection in place, or install a screen, flap valve or equivalent on end. I requested this process be completed by Dec 1, 2017. Snow may hinder the process and the compliance schedule will be set out 6 months (see date below). ACTION NEEDED: Identify or install overflow protection.
