| Details: | SUMMARY: Update number of connections and phone number. Discuss sampling history. DETAILS: Dave Heikes called in response to a letter from our office sent on 12/1/17, which requested updated information and reminded the system of sampling requirements. Dave confirmed population and contact information and only offered two changes (a reduction in the number of connections from 11 to 7 and a change in phone number to 503-260-5828). I let Dave know that coliform results were missing since 2010 and nitrate results were missing since 2011. He said that he had been doing quarterly coliform and annual nitrate sampling and thought we had been getting the results. I advised he contact Alexin labs to arrange for them to send in all the missing nitrate and coliform sample results. Arsenic had last been sampled in 2008, so there was no need to resample arsenic. ACTION NEEDED: System to submit missing coliform and nitrate results. | ||
