| Details: | SUMMARY: Level 2 Investigation DETAILS: Completed a Level 2 investigation on site. Factors identified that may have contributed to the confirmed EC-positive results were: a damaged vent on the external sight tube for the storage tanks-- a stagnant storage tank was brought online just prior to the positive test results-- the CT had fallen below the minimum required for 2 days at the time of the monitoring-- and the operator may have used improper sampling protocol - insufficient flushing. ACTION NEEDED: None. Operator is very cooperative and has taken steps to fix or prevent these problems in the future. | ||
