Details: SUMMARY: TC-positive Routine Alert Follow Up DETAILS: Routine coliform 12/11 positive. Sample was from same location (space 24) as last 4 absent samples. Called system and lab and they will take repeat and triggered samples. System is scheduled to install chlorine asap to address ongoing total coliforms. ACTION NEEDED: Take repeat and triggered samples and results will dictate further action. Continue to work with circuit rider and install continuous chlorine as required.
