Details: SUMMARY: Three Significant Deficiencies Corrected DETAILS: Jackson County has received notification that the following water system deficiencies have been corrected: Three backflow preventers have been tested-- Jackson County planning has revised the floodplain status for the subject property and the wells are no longer considered to be in the floodplain-- and there now is a certified operator/DRC for this water system. ACTION NEEDED: Two significant deficiencies remain uncorrected.
