Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform Violations DETAILS: Violation: 2194123 ^ 2194122System has score of 22 following two E.coli positives in June and Sept of 2017. Both MCLs were addressed with boil water notices, chlorination and resampling. Two level 2 investigations have been conducted. System is required to install chlorine by April 26, 2018 and has PR conditional approval. System is working with circuit rider, OAWU and Furrow Pump to install chlorine ASAP. System also plans to install a new well to replace Ruesse well as well as a new reservoir within the next year. System has had absent routine coliform samples for Nov and Dec. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to report routine monthly coliform samples and install continuous chlorine ASAP but no later than April 26, 2018.
