| Details: | SUMMARY: Followup Multiple TC Leading to Plan Review DETAILS: This system is preparing to install residual maintenance for persistent coliform bacteria.Received the following information from Jeff:Good morning,We’re working with II-S Mechanical in Stayton to install the system. They are sourcing it from Stettler Supply in Salem. I received a letter from the state informing us the system had to be installed by June, but I hope to have the plan submitted in January and installed shortly thereafter. The holidays ^ people’s schedule this time of year has made some of the communication difficult, so I think we’ll get more momentum on the project after Jan 1.Let me know if you have any questions.Jeff ACTION NEEDED: Continue to proceed with plan review and installation of chlorinator. | ||
