There were 4 deficiencies noted: No operations and maintenance manual, No emergency response plan, no coliform sampling plan and backflow devices not checked. The backflow device was tested on 12-22-17 and the other 3 items were corrected on 10-6-17. ACTION NEEDED: none at this time
