Details:	SUMMARY: TC Alert - Follow Up Samples Positive for Total Coliform DETAILS: Spoke to James Truax on the phone. Told him that with the repeat total coliform positive results he will need to do a level 1 investigation within 30 days. He plans to contact his wells driller to consult about the problem and plans to chlorinate whole system. Also reminded him he must take 3 routine samples in the month of July. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for investigation results.
