Details: SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow Up DETAILS: Operator contacted me to let me know that screening had been installed on the wellhead vent. I stopped by the water system on 12/1/17 to verify. The system is now up to date for coliform sampling. ACTION NEEDED: This resolves all of the significant def./violations from the 9-8-17 survey.
