| Details: | SUMMARY: RT Coli-positive in Distribution Following Plumbing Work DETAILS: Mandy called on Wed 1/18/17 and said the lab called to report the RT sample they submitted came back positive for coliform. Mandy stated they just installed the raw water sample tap at the well head a couple days before and she did not think they shock chlorinated the system following the plumbing work. I told Mandy she can either collect the RP samples which would likely be positive or they could skip this and perform the Level 1 investigation. She choose to skip the RP samples since they were sure the issue was the plumbing work. The system is doing the level 1 investigation and shock chlorinating the system. The alert came in on Thursday afternoon. Nick Alviani talked to Mandy and sent her the Level 1 investigation form. ACTION NEEDED: Level 1 anad 3 TR samples in Feb. | ||
