| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Coliform in Distribution from 3/3 Samples DETAILS: 3/3 samples were positve for coliform taken after a positive sample was taken at the well. Operator stated that the sites were sanitized with a bleach solution and that the instructions were followed from the collection bottle. Operator was told that he needed to also take a clean sample from the well and submit it to the lab before 1/30/2018. ACTION NEEDED: Operator will take a sample from the well prior to 1/30/2018. Operator and I discussed possible contamination potential from sampling. He plans to take a proper sample and submit it ASAP. Await sample results. | ||
