Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Follow-up, Violation Follow-up DETAILS: Discussed the violation for non-reporting DBPs for 2017. During that discussion the recent Nitrate results was also discussed-- the level of 7.47 ppm is lower than recent past data. The trend is good, work is still "slowly" moving forward on the new well. Currently it is in the engineers office, operator was to check with the engineer to see if there was any progress in regards to completion of the project and to see if any water samples from this well have been submitted for testing. The operator is required to test for Nitrates quarterly but the owners of the park have been testing on a monthly basis-- all these results have not been submitted to the State for entry into the database. I have encouraged the operator to have the monthly data submitted to help build a more complete picture of the Nitrate issue with the Taylor Spring Source. She agreed and will try to get some of the past data entered. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
