Details:	SUMMARY: Monthly Sampling DETAILS: I attempted to reach Graham Fordyce by phone and left a message. I composed an email reminding system that they had not collected their makeup sample after missing monthly samples as suggested by an October letter from Drinking Water Services. I reminded them that per the November letter the firm was now responsible for taking monthly coliform samples instead of quarterly starting with December 2017. The firm did not report a coliform sample in December 2017 and have yet to report one for January 2018. I sent copies of both letters in the email and asked that Graham collect the sample before the end of the month and report results within 10 days to Drinking Water Services. ACTION NEEDED: None.
