| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate Sampling Violation DETAILS: John called to find out why he got a violation postcard in the mail. I told him they received a violation for not monitoring/reporting for Nitrate in 2017. John said the lab mails him the bottles and he always sends them back right away. I spoke to Sue at Analytical Labs. She said John checked the box on the form that said not to send the results in. They sent them in last week. A sample was taken for coliform in January that was not required. Unclear why they sent him a bottle for Jan. They are a seasonal system. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
