| Details: | SUMMARY: Civil Penalty follow up DETAILS: Contacted Mr. Bennett. Confirmed he had copy of CP order. Explained he had no timely appealed. He is sending in late request for hearing. Rquested an e-mail from him with an action plan. Gave him telephone # for Rick Hallmark. Explained he was the owner and he was responsible for operating the WS and ensuring samples are taken. He was aware of how to look up his system on data online. He said he wanted to work with us. I responded is DWS we operate based on data and facts. We needed to see sample for arsenic and the action plan. He admitted he has AO and CP. I requested he read AO and call me if he has questions. ACTION NEEDED: Contact Coos CO.
