Details:	SUMMARY: L2 Investigation Followup, Completion and Revision DETAILS: Spoke with Peter Johnson of system and he corrected two of the three sanitary defects cited during the 10/18/2017 L2 investigation. The following were corrected:1) Springbox Overflow had a replacement screen installed covering the spring overflow pipe outlet.2) Cistern Overflow had a replacement screen installed covering the cistern overflow pipe outlethttps://yourwater.oregon.gov/enforce.php?pwsno=92832^group=all^open=x^closed=x ACTION NEEDED: The third sanitary defect, Springbox Wall, deficiency will require more time to accomplish.
