Details:	SUMMARY: Background Information on Recent TC Positive Confirmation DETAILS: Ms. Hester contacted me on 3/2/18 and outlined details including obtaining a professional (Dave Funderburk-Medford,OR) to upgrade the system including upgrades to the existing wellhead and piping, replacement or upgrades in present treatment (ion exchange), and the addition of UV disinfection. I will be in contact with Mr. Funderburk and will assist in review and any requirements of Klamath County and DWS.The system has completed a level 1 investigation that is approved and I have discussed several possibilities for the contamination with Ms. Hester. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 3 temporary routines in March 2018.
