Details: SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 12/18/17 DETAILS: I called ^ left a message to let the operator know about the coliform detect. I let him know to be sure to take a source sample at the well ^ 3 repeats in the distribution system. I also let him know to be sure to check the chlorinator ^ take 3 temp routine samples in January. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples ^ respond as necessary.
