Details:	SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 10/24/17 DETAILS: I spoke with Twila to let her know about the coliform detect. I let her know to be sure a source sample is taken at the well ^ 3 repeats in the distribution system. I let her know to be sure to take 3 temp routine samples in November. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples ^ respond as necessary.
