Details: SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow-up DETAILS: Received an email from Jamie Zivney, maintenance staff at Thousand Trails. He submtted picture of the new screen installed on the well vent, the turned down sample tap and a promise to get me resolution on the development of a Coliform Sampling plan and an updated O ^ M binder. The system also installed a new well flow meter. ACTION NEEDED: Submit Coliform sampling plan per our discussion on site and the handout provided. Continue quarterly coliform sampling routine.
