| Details: | SUMMARY: MHP Without Water DETAILS: Tom Henne called to complain that MHP has been out of water since Sunday morning (03/11/2018) and is not getting any water or info. I called Linda Birdsong and found out that water went out at about 0600 hrs. Emory Construction came out and found that failure was due to a part giving out. On Sunday they could not get parts. Emory is out today at 0730 hrs with the part and has begun repairs which should be done today. I reminded Linda that flushing and chlorination should occur. She was aware. She stated that bottled water was supplied and she went through 20 cases of water already. She reported that Tom Henne has complained to her and was very irate. I called Mr Henne back and provided information about the repairs. 3/13/18 (Greg D.) I spoke with Linda and verified repairs were done. We discussed reporting and testing requirements. I emailed her a copy of the best management practices doucument for repairing water mains. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
