| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Sampling After TC-positive DETAILS: While looking at the system on SDWIS, and the OHA chart, I advised her to take 4 samples total, within 24 hours-- 1 at positive (TC-positive) site, 1 upstream, 1 downstream, and one at the well (or as close as possible). We briefly talked about proper sampling and sites. I also emailed her the OHA chart for future reference, and called and left a voicemail that well sample needs to be labelled "source"-- other 3 (distribution samples) labelled "repeats". ACTION NEEDED: Advise PWS operator: If repeat results negative, operator to take 3 routine samples in April 2018. If repeat results positive, Level 1 Coliform Investigation. | ||
