Details: SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 8/8/17 DETAILS: This facility has been closed for a few years. I found new contact information from the district inspector. I left a message for the operator to take a source sample at the well ^ 3 repeat samples. I also let her know to take 3 temp routine samples. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor results ^ respond as necessary. Re-activate water system.
