| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to Coliform Alert DETAILS: I attempted to contact Ms. Parrish on 3/28/18 and left a message outlining the repeat process related to this TC positive, and requested a return call. I have not received any call from the system. I also contacted the analytical company the system uses, and they also left a message with no return call. One would assume there is no one premanently at the lodge this early in the year. If no reply and repeats are taken by 4/4/18, I will issue a level 1 investigation to the system. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 4 repeats within 1 week or issue a L1 investigation form. | ||
