| Details: | SUMMARY: February 2018 EP-B Rad Tests DETAILS: I contacted Mr. Lindsay over the phone and reminded him to collect Radiological (Rad) samples at the Entry Point B (EP-B). Mr. Lindsay stated that he had already collected Rad samples for EP-B back in February 2018. In order to corroborate this information, I contacted the laboratory. The lab initially stated that Mr. Lindsay had not collected Rads at EP-B, and had only collected Rads at EP-A. However, on March 27, the lab contacted me over the phone to inform me that they discovered that the information they provided on 03/22/18 was erroneous. For some reason, only one COC was copied when the samples were received. The results were received on that same day from ALG, and reported to SWDIS on 03/26/18. I saved copies of both reports in Whalesheads electronic file. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
