Details: SUMMARY: Contact With Operator Regarding Recent Coliform Alert DETAILS: After repeated attempts, I contacted the operator Liz Parrish this day. She had no idea of the TC positive and, therefore, had not conducted repeat samples. I informed her that the system is now in violation for not conducting repeats, and a level 1 investigation is now required. I have issued this. Also discussed the need for 3 temp routine samples during April, 2018. ACTION NEEDED: Three temporary routines in April 2018.
