| Details: | SUMMARY: TC-positive Result DETAILS: Mr. Oleary believes the TC-positive result in NBE-S may have been operator error. The following is the narrative for the NBE-N alert: Mr. Oleary mentioned two riser break events from the March freeze, possible operator error as cause for the NBE-South TC-positive, and another depressurization event for NBE-North due to a pump failure. Repeat tests are underway. Mr. Oleary has already spoken to the circuit rider (Will Dawson) about chem feed, the breaks, and other possible causative events. ACTION NEEDED: Await results from repeat samples. | ||
