Details: SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow Up DETAILS: System operator has sent in the systems cross connection ^ enabling authority. The system is up to date on annual summary reports. The operator has developed an operations ^ maintenance manual for the system ^ updated treatment. The operator sent in an updated public notice on 3-26-18. This resolves all outstanding violations/deficiencies from the 11-25-14 ^ 12-7-17 surveys. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time.
