| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Positive on 4/10/18 DETAILS: I received a notification from DWS that Hubbard 76 reported a routine quarterly test that is positive total coliform. I reached out to the system contact by phone on 4/11/2018 and left a message. I then called Hubbard 76 and notified them of their requirement to take more water tests. They notified me that Pixis Labs collects their tests. I notified them that I am not able to contact Pixis on their behalf and that their Pixis liaison would need to contact me if they wished for guidance on follow up testing. I was told that I would receive a call. It turns out that many of the phone numbers are wrong and that the store has sold. I received word back from the previous owner and was told the current store phone nubmer. I spoke to the current owner, Julian Ochoa, and learned that he had been notified by the previous owner that he needed to contact the lab. His water lab informed him that he needed to take 3 triggered samples and a source sample. Samples have been sent to the lab. ACTION NEEDED: I will complete a system info change for the firm. We will await the result of the triggered and source samples. | ||
