Details: SUMMARY: Violation Follow Up DETAILS: Violation for missing routine coliform 1st and 3rd quarter 2017 and 1st qtr 2018. Called Karen and discussed. She will get opportunity letter from DWP. She will take routine asap and then a second in the same quarter May or June to avoid going to monthly sampling. ACTION NEEDED: Take two coliform samples at least one week apart during 2nd quarter 2018.
